Who is responsible
Gestion Keelmore inc. operates this website under the Keelmore brand. The company was incorporated in Québec on October 2, 2026.
Privacy officer: Eric Parkhill. For questions, requests or complaints: [email protected].
What you share and why
The contact form sends your enquiry to our hosted service. We save it, send a receipt and notify Keelmore, then transfer it to our private customer-management system for follow-up. You can also email us directly.
If you send an enquiry, we receive your name, business name, email address, message and any optional phone number, team size or reply preference you include. We use this information to respond, assess the request and arrange the next step. It is not consent to general marketing. Do not include passwords, payment details or sensitive customer information.
Where information goes
Cloudflare hosts the website, processes form submissions and stores enquiries durably in D1. Turnstile checks for abuse. Resend sends enquiry receipts and notifications using notify.keelmore.com; it is not used for marketing campaigns. Google Workspace handles our normal email. A protected connection transfers received enquiries to the private local CRM; local processing may wait while our computer is offline.
The operator accesses enquiry information for these purposes. Service providers process information needed to provide email and website hosting. Email and hosting providers may process information outside Québec, including in other countries. We do not sell enquiry information.
When you visit, the website host receives connection information, including your IP address, to deliver and protect the site. Access to the mailbox and local records is restricted to the operator through account and device access controls.
Form protection and storage
We retain the page path, language and a broad source category with your enquiry. We do not store full referral URLs or raw IP addresses in the lead database. Short-lived keyed fingerprints limit duplicate submissions and abuse. Cloudflare and email providers receive technical connection data to deliver their services. Our active hosted enquiry queue is automatically cleared after 366 days; local records and mailbox retention follow the rule below.
Retention and your choices
Enquiries that do not lead to a client engagement are deleted from the active mailbox and local follow-up records within 12 months of the last substantive contact, unless a legal obligation or an active dispute requires longer retention. A client engagement will have its own agreed record-keeping needs. Provider backup copies expire under the provider’s retention process.
Contact [email protected] to request access, correction or an available electronic copy, to withdraw consent for future optional use, or to make a privacy complaint. We may verify your identity using only necessary information. Withdrawal may prevent further follow-up; records required by law may still be retained. You may also contact Québec’s Commission d’accès à l’information.
Analytics and updates
Google Analytics loads only after you allow optional analytics. It measures page visits and selected service-enquiry actions using cookie identifiers, page type and language. We do not send form contents, names, email addresses, query strings or referral URLs to Analytics. Google processes technical connection data to provide the service and may process data outside Québec. Advertising tracking and Google Signals are disabled. You may refuse or withdraw using the analytics controls on every page; the enquiry service remains available. Preparing an email is not counted as a received lead or a sale.
Updates to this notice will appear on this page with a revised date. The privacy officer handles privacy requests, complaints and any reported confidentiality incident.
